Where we ship

Boxify Basket ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of $45 or more.
• A flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $45.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. We'll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and send tracking details once your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address when you order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help redirect them.

Returns & refunds

Our 30-day return window

You can return unopened beauty and personal care items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items we can't accept back

• Opened or used beauty, fragrance and personal care products, for hygiene reasons
• Food and drink products, including bubble tea powders, unless they arrive damaged or defective
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Call us at +1 (727) 219-9131, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, with your order number. We'll give you return instructions and the address to send it to.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we can't verify payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Health and safety

Beauty and personal care products are for external use only unless stated otherwise. Do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Check food labels for allergens; some products contain milk derivatives. Our product information is not medical advice.

Brands and trademarks

Brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boxify Basket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
